Creamy Garlic Fettuccine

This is what happens when Alfredo sauce realizes it can be better.
The sauce is thick, garlicky, and shamelessly cheesy. Grater Rain parmesan gives it body without needing flour or cream tricks. White Rain rounds out the richness, and Black Rain cuts through it with just the right amount of heat.
Pairs well with any grilled protein or unapologetic second helpings.

Ingredients

12 oz fettuccine

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup Grater Rain parmesan
-
Black Rain, to taste
-
White Rain, to taste

Optional: chopped parsley
Directions

Cook pasta until done. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 mins.

Add cream, White Rain, and Black Rain. Simmer 2–3 mins.

Stir in Grater Rain parmesan until smooth. Add pasta and toss.
Use pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed. Top with more cheese and parsley.
