We craft our pieces with precision and purpose — so it’s rare that someone needs to visit this corner of our website. But if you’re here, something may not be quite right. Please, give us an opportunity to make it so.

General Returns

If your Black Rain purchase isn’t a perfect match, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with their original packaging.

Please note: original packaging is only required for general returns, not for service or repairs.

Service & Repairs

If your item has developed a defect during normal use, we’re here to make it right. You may return defective items for repair or replacement within one year of purchase — even if used.

Important: You do not need to return the item in its original packaging for repairs. Use whatever secure, reasonable packaging is appropriate.

Regardless of where you purchased your item — even through a third-party like Amazon — all service and warranty issues should be handled directly with us, not through the seller.

How to Make a Return

  1. Package It Securely
    (Original packaging required for refunds only, not repairs.)
  2. Include the Return Form

  4. Use a Reliable Carrier
    Please use a shipping method with tracking. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Returns are inspected upon arrival. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 15 days.

Important Notes

  • Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased through Amazon or other third-party sellers must be returned to those sellers for refunds. However, if your item needs service or repair, please contact us directly — do not initiate the process through Amazon or the retailer.
  • Custom & Limited Editions: These are final sale unless found defective.
  • Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Always retain your tracking number.
